Bootstrap Proof of First-Order Transitions?

A phase transition must be first-order if there is no CFT with the needed symmetry properties.

We discuss two known first-order transitions:

The 3-state Potts model in 3D
A class of antiferromagnetic transitions identified long ago by Mukamel and Krinsky

The question is: What would it take to get a bootstrap proof of this fact?
